Abstract

The present work explains the city model in Colombia by achieving the objectives under the 2030 agenda that regulated the planning and planning of the territory taking into account multiple social, economic, environmental and technical factors in different aspects such as the provision of basic public services, safety and health policies, and the management of public space. This last concern under proper and sustainable planning of cities and the international guarantee of the Right to the City.
