Abstract

Base on introduction of talent, this paper establishes a differential dynamic model for intra-organization tacit knowledge transfer. We interpret the key role of talent introducing on tacit knowledge transfer, and explain the direct effects of new entrants and talent introducing rate of tacit knowledge on ultimate stability quantity of the core staff. The findings of this paper provide new theoretical thinking for organizational managers to understand the law of tacit knowledge transfer and to promote tacit knowledge transfer in practice. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
