Abstract

Based on system synergy theory, this paper establishes the diversification synergy measurement model and empirically analyzes the static and dynamic synergy degrees between Ford’s traditional motor industry and its new energy automobile industry. Principal component analysis and regression analysis are employed to analyze the annual statements of Ford from 2010 to 2014. The synergy degree indicate that synergy degrees between its traditional motor business and new energy automobile business keep rising stably, which is a sign of its synergic development.
