Abstract

Atrioventricular concordance and ventriculo-arterial discordance: • RA → RV → Aorta and • LA → LV → PA Types I. Complete TGA with intact ventricular septum (TGA with IVS) II. Complete TGA with VSD III. Complete TGA with VSD and PS Incidence • 2-4 in 10,000 live births • 5% of all coronary heart diseases (CHDs) • Three times more prevalent in boys than in girls 13
