On T cell mediated cytotoxicity

Abstract

This short and incomplete review bears essentially on specific, antiallogeneic cell mediated cytotoxicity in vitro induced by cells preimmunized either in vivo or in vitro. Two main points are considered: first, the nature of the cytotoxic cells, and second, the mechanism of killing.
