A Study on the Necessity of Integrating Games into College Physical Education

Abstract

This paper summarizes the characteristics of college sports game teaching, summed up the positive impact of college sports game teaching. According to the present situation of sports game teaching in Colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some strategies for sports game teaching. I hope to be able to help some scholars to improve the level of teaching, and ultimately through the promotion of interest in physical education to enable students to achieve the role of physical fitness.
