Indicator system for monitoring the development of urban bicycle transport infrastructure

Abstract

Based on surveys of bicyclists and the study of foreign practice with regard to monitoring the development of bicycle transport infrastructure, scientists from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics have offered a flexible system of indicators to assess and plan the development of the bicycle transport infrastructure for the city of Moscow.
