A number of empirical studies have confirmed the fact that creative potential is integral to every human, and that every person is, or can be, creative; however the level of creativity one achieves primarily depends on themselves and on the impact of their environment. This chapter aims at analysing the relation between the region of operation of the organisation and its focus on the activities related to engaging all employees in innovation processes, and at identifying the overall change in their orientation on this issue over time. Several partial objectives were accomplished in order to achieve the objective of this chapter, particularly including a questionnaire survey, statistical evaluation of the research hypotheses, and evaluation of the overall change of the analysed attributes using fixed-base and chain indices of change. The present level of engaging all employees in innovation processes, resulting from the research, is not deemed sufficient; however the increasing trend indicated by the results was evaluated as positive.
