This research aims to analyze the chaos approach in terms of educational administration which is totally new in comprehending organizational relations in Social Sciences. The findings of the research to be analyzed throughout descriptive method have been gathered by scanning the relevant literature. The sources for this collection have been the books, the articles and the theses written in the area. The sub-headings are the term ‘chaos’, from theory to approach in the light of the new science, the chaos approach in educational administration and the chaotic situations encountered in schools. The results obtained from the research have been evaluated and discussed in details. Thus a new point of view is planned to be shed light into educational administration.
