Abstract

Only a limited number of heat flow data are available in Switzerland, a surprising fact in view of the pioneer work performed here during the nineteenth century. The density of heat flow data is too low to construct isolines. For this reason the 14 heat flow values reported are discussed in accordance with their geologic-tectonic settings. -Authors
