Abstract

Abstract. This study is motivated by children's creativity that is not optimally developed because, monotonous learning media so that children are bored, children often imitate their friends' work such as choosing media, colors and shapes. This study aims to determine children's creativity after applying collage activities using various natural materials. The assessment method used is collaborative classroom action research. Using the Kemmis and Taggart model, the subjects of this study were 11 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection used documentation, interview and observation techniques. The indicator of success in this study is 75%. The results of pre-cycle research of children with the category developing as expected (BSH) 16.60%, at the end of cycle I as much as 33.30%. At the end of cycle II 50%, then the end of cycle III stated that the BSH category children amounted to 10 with a percentage of 83.33%. The acquisition of this increase is due to the collaboration between teachers and researchers who create collage activities with a variety of natural materials, create a single image and use additional colored pencils that can stimulate children to develop creativity in collage activities. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in creativity in group B at PAUD X, because this activity is a new activity at the institution. Abstrak. Pengkajian ini dilatarbelakangi kreativitas anak yang kurang berkembang secara optimal karena, media pembelajaran yang monoton sehingga anak bosan, anak sering meniru hasil karya temannya seperti memilih media,warna dan bentuk. Pengkajian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas anak setelah diterapkan kegiatan kolase menggunakan beragam bahan alam. Metode pengkajian yang dipakai ialah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart, subjek pengkajian ini ialah 11 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penghimpunan data memakai teknik dokumentasi, wawancara serta observasi. Indikator kesuksesan pada pengkajian ini ialah 75%. Hasil penelitian prasiklus anak dengan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) 16,60%, pada akhir siklus I sebanyak 33,30%. Pada akhir siklus II 50%, kemudian akhir dari siklus III menyatakan anak kategori BSH berjumlah 10 dengan presentase 83,33%. Perolehan peningkatan ini dikarenakan adanya kolaborasi antara guru dengan peneliti yang menciptakan kegiatan kolase dengan beragam bahan alam, membuat gambar satu tunggal dan menggunakan tambahan pensil warna yang mampu merangsang anak mengembangkan kreativitas dalam kegiatan kolase. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa adanya peningkatan kreativitas pada kelompok B di PAUD X, karena kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang baru pada lembaga tersebut.
