(From the chapter) Briefly considers the wider context of education before examining how Relational Frame Theory might make a contribution to this area. Relational multiple-exemplar training with children and adults is discussed. The authors argue that identifying the core relational units involved in cognitive skills and targeting their fluid and flexible development with appropriate training will lead to significant improvements in the methods used in many educational settings.
