Abstract

This research presents a proposal for an integrated system focused on the improvement of precision agriculture based on Internet of Things technologies, with the objective of monitoring and evaluating in a better way the behavior of climatic variables such as humidity and temperature, integrating different devices so that the user can monitor these activities remotely and receive alerts of the conditions. For the validation of this proposal, a prototype based on this architecture is implemented for the census and monitoring of humidity and temperature in a rose greenhouse at Hacienda La Silvia located on El Triunfo - General Antonio Elizalde Bucay road; results are evaluated based on the time and precision of the data that the prototype emits, which are controlled by a desktop application.
