Abstract

With the continuous rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing popularity of higher education, the number of graduates from various universities is continuously rising. Therefore, the employment of university graduates has gradually become a major issue facing domestic higher education. The use of various channels to solve the employment problem of university students is an important guarantee for maintaining the rapid development of the domestic economy and achieving the healthy development of higher education. With the deepening of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation,” entrepreneurship is a new way of stimulating employment in colleges and universities. Using innovation and entrepreneurship to promote employment and improve the quality of college students’ employment, colleges and universities should also vigorously cultivate students’ quality of innovation and entrepreneurship, and guide students from passively adapting to society, actively adapting to society. To this end, this paper combines the cognitive laws of college students and the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and uses the knowledge management theory as a guide to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship education model for undergraduates in the new situation, which is combined with the actual situation, and can‘t be separated from the reality of the students’ studies. It hopes this article has important reference value for improving college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education.
