Abstract

The growth of social media over the past years has revolutionized the interaction between individuals as well as the business conduct of many industries. In contest for extraction of the valuable insights available, the dynamic nature of the social media data is seen to be a challenging factor. With many tools available in the market today, the ultimate solution is yet to suffice the needs of businesses today. Therefore, the concept and approach of a heuristic data mining framework is to be proposed in overcoming this task. By having a robust framework of which is proven to conduct the dynamic data mining, the essence sustained within social media of which industries are looking for will be extracted to achieve greater milestones.
