This study is intended to assess the usability of LMS use (Learning Management System) in the training of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bapelkes Cikarang. In previous research LMS was used for the processing of master data needed to support training and learning activities among teachers, formal education and companies. But this study focused on the utilization of LMS in remote training, due to the Covid-19 pandemic in health training halls. The study was conducted in August 2021, using Neilsen's usability theory model, with the subjects of special assignment trainee alumni in the thirteenth class of 38 people. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, interview guidelines and review of training implementation reports. Research analysis is conducted with descriptive qualitative methods. This study measured the usability of the LMS SI Tangkas Bapelkes Cikarang application, to get an idea of how much benefit, understanding and satisfaction levels of participants. Measurements are taken on the learning outcomes and satisfaction levels of participants and the use of LMS SI Tangkas through five criteria, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. Results from this study showed that learning outcomes met graduation scores and average participants' satisfaction levels were satisfactory. While the usability level of the SI Tangkas application, is easy to learn and users expressed satisfaction with this application. But in terms of efficiency, usage procedures and error rates in operationalizing applications are obtained results that do not meet usability. The results of this study can be used as input in the development of application interfaces for subsequent training and also for training in other health fields.. The recommendation for this study is for LMS to be developed into an LMS that is easier to remember, more efficient, and fewer errors caused.
