Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the effectiveness and toxicity of immune checkpoint inhibitors plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy or immunotherapy alone as first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
