EVALUASAI DAN PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD DR. SOEKARDJO KOTA TASIKMALAYA DENGAN METODE ANALISA ABC (PARETO)

Abstract

The good drug management needs to be supported by the good governance. The good governance will improve the good service, so that will increase patient safety. Planning is the key to the success of drug management. For that we need valid data such as usage data, leadtime, savety stock, and remaining stock. In general, drug management starts from the selection, planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, control,destruction, and administration.The purpose of this study was to improve the management of drug supplies in the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya so that pharmaceutical services can be better, more effective and efficient.The method used in this study is an observational (non-experimental) research design with an evaluative descriptive research design using retrospective quantitative data from October to December 2020.The results show that based on the value of use, group A with a total of usage is 586,939 (71.5%) and a total of items is 59 (12.45%), group B with a total of usage is 164,710 (20%) and a total of items is 67 (14.14 %), and group C with the number of usage 69,612 (8.50%) and the number of items is 348 (73.41%). Meanwhile, based on the investmentvalue, group A absorbs a budget of Rp. 2,873,166,694 (71.5%) with a total of items is 38 (8.01%), group B absorbs a budget of Rp. 803,681,412 (20%) with a total of items is 73 (15.40%), and group C absorbs a budget of Rp. 341,558,957 (8.5% with a total ofitems is 363 (76%).Keywords:ABC analysis, evaluation and drug control, hospital.
