Abstract

This chapter illustrates isolated disturbances; cleft palate/lip, choanal atresia, torus maxillaris, condylar hyperplasia, cherubism, fibrous dysplasia, TMJ fracture/infection complication. TMJ internal derangement complication, and juvenile idiopatic arthritis, and syndromes; Down syndrome, premature cranial synostoses, non-synostotic occipital plagiocephaly, Turner syndrome, Hemifacial microsomia, Treacher Collins syndrome, Crouzon syndrome, Apert syndrome, Achondroplasia, Pyknodysostosis, and Ectodermal dysplasia, and miscellaneous conditions.
