Abstract

At presented paper, existing methods of risk management are analyzed. It is substantiated that the most rational mechanism for controlling the risks of design department’s information system is the risk management model. This mechanism takes into account the specifications of design department’s information system and allows reducing the anomalous events that can cause risks. Most modern research is devoted to the problems of managing risks of industrial enterprises and commercial companies. However, the problem of managing the design department’s information system and the risks to which such systems may be exposed has not been studied. The authors proposed a new risk management model of design department’s information system. The design of such model is based on the process of presenting the risk management of design department’s information system as a model of the “black box” and the structural scheme. The architecture of the risk management system of design department’s information system is proposed.
