Abstract

This research was conducted to see the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Civil Servants (PNS) Bekangdam IV/Diponegoro. Using the theory of Mayer & Allen (2004) and Cameron & Quinn (2006). The measuring tools used for Organizational Culture are the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) with a total of 24 items and the Organizational Commitment Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) with a total of 18 items. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents, selecting the sample using simple random sampling. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed that 75% had a moderate organizational culture and 50% had a moderate organizational commitment. Correlation test found r = 0.052 and sig 0.690 (p>0.05), which means that from this study there is no relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment in civil servants Bekangdam IV/Diponegoro.
