During pregnancy pregnant women experience physical and psychological changes that can cause discomfort most of the third trimester one of which is back difficulties. The way to act during pregnancy so that the mother and fetus are in good health is to do pregnancy exercises with the method of yoga practice. Yoga is a body and mind exercise that is used as a health practice for various sciences and conditions of suffering. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of prenatal yoga on the protection of the backs of third trimester pregnant women at the Krakatau Clinic in Bandar Lampung. This research is an analytic study with pre-experimental research. The sample in this study amounted to 30 pregnant women. Data analysis using paired samples T test. Based on statistical test results obtained p value = 0.0003 <0.05 which means that there is an influence of prenatal yoga on the decrease in comfort scale after prenatal yoga at Krakatau Bandar Lampung clinic. It is permissible to restore the health of the back of third trimester pregnant women is recommended to do prenatal yoga at home in order to restore the back comfort scale.
