The aim of this project is to realize a qualitative investigation, on the practice and the novice teacher of history PUCV in his initial teacher's formation, and in I make concrete on his professional performance executing the collaborative model. More than, beyond presenting the theoretical postulates of the collaborative model, takes root in opening an investigation of the practice and the novice teacher in and on the action relating to the concept of autoperception.
