Learning mathematics was considered difficult and tedious by many of the students. Many students did not actively participate in mathematics learning, implying their mathematical achievement. This study aims to develop students' worksheets (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, a.k.a LKPD) supporting students' achievement. The LKPD was developed based on the characteristic of Team Games Tournaments (TGT) type of Cooperative learning and Realistic Mathematics Education on ratio topic in Grade 7. We used the ADDIE model, which comprised of 5 phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation in developing the worksheet. The research instruments consist of a validation sheet of LKPD, a student response questionnaire, a teacher response questionnaire, and a test. The LKPD was tested on 30 7th-grade students. The instruments were used to evaluate the feasibility of LKPD and students' response to the developed LKPD. Our findings showed that the developed LKPD was in the very good category (4.26), and students' responses were positive. The teacher's and students' responses indicated that the LKPD was practice, the average student score vs. very good category (4.4). The students' test results showed that the percentage of classical completeness was in a good category (80%), meaning that the LKPD could effectively optimize student achievement. So, the developed LKPD was a valid, practical, and effective learning material to optimize student achievement.
