Abstract

We introduce and demonstrate an original software tool for determination of some style fingerprint (from the point of view of harmony) of two world famous composers - W. A. Mozart and F. Schubert. The new version of the ANALYSIS software (previously CACH, Ferkova 1982) for automatic analysis of classical harmonic structures provides a powerful extension of its previous music data processing. © 2009 Springer-Verlag.
