Abstract

This paper is concerned with the problem of out-feedback stabilization for a class of discrete-time systems with multiple time-varying delays. All the time delays are assumed to be time-varying and bounded. An improved delay-dependent stability condition for the unforced system is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Then, based on the obtained result, a delay-dependent result for the existence of a static output-feedback controller, which ensures the asymptotical stability of the system with controlled input and multiple delays, is derived. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
