Abstract

Invited for the cover of this issue is the group of Eric Doris at the Université Paris-Saclay and Eufrânio N. da Silva Júnior at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, UFMG. The image depicts a pinball, corresponding to the naphthol to be oxidized, bouncing around and hitting different bumpers where catalytic transformations occur in a sequential fashion. Inspiration for the design of the cover originated from the 2018 football world cup, in which Brazil and France are among the best teams in history. Although opponents in the field, the two countries collaborate in Chemistry! Read the full text of the article at 10.1002/chem.201802773.
