Pengaruh Penggunaan Media E-Learning dan Transfer Pengetahuan dalam Kuliah Daring/Online Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Tetap Unika Musi Charitas

Abstract

The performance of a permanent lecturer in a university has a very broad perspective of meaning, not only stating as a result of work, but also how the work process takes place. The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the effect of using e-learning and social media media during bold / online lectures on the performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic University during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) analyzing the effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic Universityduring online / online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) analyzing the influence of e-learning & social media media and transfer of knowledge on performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic Universityduring online / online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of samples in this study were 62 permanent lecturers. The data technique in this research is using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The type of data used in this research is primary data. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and classical assumptions. The results of hypothesis testing show (1) a positive and significant effect of the use of e-learning & social media media on the performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic Universityduring bold / online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic University; (3) the positive and significant influence of the use of e-learning & social media media and knowledge transfer on the performance of permanent lecturers at Musi Charitas Catholic University.
