Edukasi Pentingnya Program Vaksinasi Pemerintah untuk Masyarakat Melalui Media Sosial dan Cetak

Abstract

AbstrakDalam upaya menurunkan angka infeksi virus Covid-19, pemerintah menyiapkan vaksin yang siap diberikan kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. pemberian vaksin Covid-19 adalah solusi yang dinilai paling jitu untuk melindungi dan mengurangi jumlah kasus Covid-19. meski demikian, masih banyak masyarakat yang merasa vaksin Covid-19 ini bukan suatu hal yang penting dan belum aman untuk diberikan. Sosialisasi tentang pentingnya vaksinis yang dilakukan oleh mahasiwa KKN BMC UNNES sebagai salah satu program kerja wajib. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengubah persepsi masyarakat atas program vaksinisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah melalui edukasi pentingnya vaksin. Tujuan dari edukasi ini adalah agar seluruh masyarakat bisa segera mendapatkan vaksin Covid-19, agar bisa mengurangi angka penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam mengedukasi pentingnya vaksinisasi adalah tidak dilakukan secara langsung sehingga edukasi dirasa kurang maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam Edukasi pentingnya vaksinisas meliputi: (1) Menempelkan poster tentang pentingnya vaksin di kantor sekolah, posko PPKM dan kelurahan setempat; (2) Memasang spanduk alur pendaftaran vaksinasi pada salah satu lokasi vaksinasi di sekitar kelurahan setempat; dan (3) Sosialisasi melalui grup Whatsapp RT setempat dan juga meminta data jumlah warga yang sudah di vaksin.AbstractIn an effort to reduce the number of Covid-19 virus infections, the government has prepared a vaccine that is ready to be given to all Indonesian people. The administration of the Covid-19 vaccine is the most effective solution to protect and reduce the number of Covid-19 cases. However, there are still many people who feel that the Covid-19 vaccine is not important and is not safe to give. Socialization about the importance of vaccination by KKN BMC UNNES students as one of the mandatory work programs. This socialization aims to change the public's perception of the government's vaccination program through education on the importance of vaccines. The purpose of this education is so that all people can immediately get the Covid-19 vaccine, in order to reduce the number of the spread of the Covid-19 virus that occurred in Indonesia. The problem faced in educating the importance of vaccination is that it is not done directly so that education is felt to be less than optimal. Activities carried out in educating the importance of vaccination include: (1) Placing posters about the importance of vaccines in school offices, PPKM posts and local villages; (2) Install a vaccination registration flow banner at one of the vaccination locations around the local kelurahan; and (3) Socialize through the local RT Whatsapp group and also ask for data on the number of residents who have been vaccinated.Keywords: Socialization; Social Media; Vaccination Education
