Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the mechanisms for quantifying the socio-economic effects of the strategic development of small business in the digital economy system. The article presents a list of socio-economic processes, the concept and significance of quantification. The connection of socio-economic processes with the strategic development of small business is shown, the use of qualimetry to assess the degree of customer satisfaction from interaction with small businesses is shown, taking into account the impact of digitalization of economic reality. The threshold values for assessing satisfaction are proposed, and recommendations are given for each of the levels of strategic development.
