Abstract

Information technology is changing with each passing day, and the influence of network technology on the current teaching process of universities is gradually increasing. The extensive application of network technology provides an important source of information for physical education. Physical education conducted in accordance with the traditional model does not train students' sports skills. The application of network technology can provide targeted teaching according to the different needs of different students for different sports, and can overcome the limitations of time and space. This article analyzes the current situation of the use of network technology in sports schools at home and abroad, and understands how to use network technology in the Internet era and the issues that need attention today.
