Abstract

The Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya (UNUSA) book distribution service has declined due to library access, which ran smoothly during the Covid-19 prevalence period. However, this service, one of the best offered by the UNUSA library, is still available. This study aims to learn how to use UNUSA book delivery services. Qualitative descriptive research is used in this kind of research. Informants, research locations, and supporting documentation serve as data sources. We use observations, documentation, and interviews as our data collection method. According to a study carried out at the UNUSA library, the use of book delivery services in UNUSA libraries has begun to decline due to the lack of socialization and knowledge of librarians about the availability of a book delivery service to facilitate access to the collection of borrowed and returned libraries using the service of delivery of books by filling in information in Google forms and paying with the COD payment system. The performance of libraries showed a responsive, solutional, informative, and quick attitude in responding to collection delivery requests. Satisfaction with the book delivery service offers the user ease in accessing the book, saving more time and effort. However, access to the book delivery service is rather tricky, and users are less aware of the presence of the service, so it is necessary to evaluate the book delivery services..
