Abstract

The uncivilized behaviors of Chinese travelers and the growing emphasis on the country's soft power in international competition make it more urgent to improve the quality of the national civilization. Tourists don't have high quality is because they lack contact and cultural knowledge; the overall quality is not high, and the actual impact on the society; all these make a large number of tourist objects lose their attraction to tourists, and cannot make tourists consumption potential into reality. This article is based on the humanity quality of southern minority nationalities to study the fetters of the southern minority nationalities' humanity quality to the tourism industry. First, we analyze the misunderstanding of the past uncivilized behaviors, then give appropriate coping strategies for the status of uncivilized tourists, and finally propose solutions. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
