Taming the lion: How to keep a programme office up and running

Abstract

Since January 2006, the mobile phone company O2 has belonged to the Spanish company Telefónica - one of the largest globally active telecoms companies. André Krause, now Chief Financial Officer at O 2 Germany, was in charge of the German part of the integration project.
