Abstract

In this paper, we design a mechanism which can measure the affinity between knowledge and user, affinity among users to achieve the intelligent management of knowledge. Based on the affinity, we can implement knowledge push to provide the right knowledge to the right person automatically. Several matrixes are designed to calculate the affinity. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
