The purpose of this article is to analyze the perception of managers from mid size and small size organizations in agribusiness about the importance given to practices of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility. To reach this aim, data were collected by a non structured questioner and data were analyzed by statistical descriptive and inferences. The results pointed that entrepreneurs are not different at all from the national media. The main point about this conclusion is the evidence that there is a thought about the importance to adopt Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility in the Brazilian agribusiness organizations.
