Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of training and development on organizational performance in order to figure out how the training and development (on-the-job training, off-the-job training, job rotation) can give an impact on organizational performance. The study has been conducted at three selected departments in a government office, which are Management Services, Corporate, and Human Resources Management. The quantitative approach has been adopted, in which a questionnaire has been used to collect and analyze data. 103 questionnaires have been distributed by using Google Form to respondents and returned to the researchers with complete information. The reliability and validity have been checked by using the SPSS and the results have been evaluated. The findings indicate that all the three hypotheses are accepted.
