Abstract

Organizational communication is of key importance for the smooth running of business operations. Efficient and effective communication is at high demand for people in the organization to fulfill work assignments. This paper aims at introducing organizational storytelling as a powerful tool in smoothing business communication. Heuristic literature review approach has been adopted.
