A 62-year-old female with no history of cigarette smoking or alcohol use was admitted to the hospital with a complaint of a wound in the right part of oral tongue for nearly 6 months. She did not have any additional symptoms. She had diabetes type II, and it was under control with oral antidiabetic use.
