Abstract

The paper develops a method for assessing the level of administration systems formation in the enterprise management. This method is based on the multi-criteria approach and the use of the trapezoidal membership function of confidentiality, availability and integrity parameters of the administration systems in certain fuzzy term sets, which enables the adoption of managerial decisions to ensure a higher level of compliance of such systems with the parameters “as is” and “to be”. It describes peculiarities of diagnosing the actual state of administration systems in the enterprise management as the preconditions for assessing their level of formation. The article substantiates expediency of isolating confidentiality, availability and integrity as grounds for identifying gaps between the “as is” and “to be” of administration systems in the enterprise management. It suggests using fuzzy logic tools and mathematical apparatus when assessing the level of formation of administration systems. Method for assessing the level of such formation has been applied in practice in the activities of a number of companies.
