Abstract

Health sector services have had an important role in sustaining human life and increasing the quality of life in the past and today. Satisfaction of the service received by the patients and improvement of the service quality is possible only by the healthcare professionals working in the hospital and creating value, fulfilling the expected responsibilities. In hospitals with intensive working pace, it is possible for the employees to fulfill their service quality at the highest level, by meeting the expectations of the employees from the working environment. The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Job Engagement, ability to Focus, Career Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction with a field study conducted in Malatya province using quantitative research method for hospital employees. In this study, a questionnaire was applied to 297 employees of two private healthcare workers in the city center of Malatya. The data obtained were statistically evaluated with SPSS program. Within the scope of the analysis, frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analyzes were performed. According to the results of the analysis, in the hospital staff; It is concluded that job satisfaction and career satisfaction increase as the ability to focus and job engagement. It turns out that increasing the job engagement and focus skills of healthcare professionals can contribute to increasing job satisfaction and career satisfaction.
