Abstract

In this paper, we describe two techniques based on Concurrent Constraint Programming, to model biological systems: timed process calculus (ntcc) and stochastic Concurrent Constraint Programming (sCCP). We build a simple biochemical reaction, from an enzymatic reaction and we write it be using the different models. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
