The existence of social trends such as the participation of women who work, the increasing number of divorces that cause more people to become single parents and multiple income families causes a person to become committed to the family as well as to his work. Work and family problems are two important things in the lives of adults, both men and women. Women who have multiple roles will surely experience conflict and stress that can reduce their quality of life. It is not uncommon for women who have multiple roles to be vulnerable to stress due to work demands and family demands. not all jobs will cause a conflict in women who work, some research shows that by working women will experience positive values and it makes it easier to carry out roles at work. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work family enrichment. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and work family enrichment for working women. This research uses quantitative methods and probability sampling. The subjects in this study were 32 married lecturers and employees of Setia Budi University. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of perception of organizational support and work family enrichment scale. The data analysis method used is product moment correlation. The results of data analysis showed a correlation of rxy 0.513 with p = 0.003 (p <0.05). This proves that there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and work family enrichment. So the hypothesis in the proposed research can be accepted.
