Abstract

Democracy will produce legal certainty which is one of the main conditions for the optimum growth of social, economic, cultural and political life. Democratic government is government in the hands of the people which means government of the people, by the people and for the people. The government is responsible for optimizing the management of natural resources in order to create people's prosperity. Keywords: Democracy, prosperity.
