Abstract

The article summarizes premises for the construction of simulation models of dynamics of task performing teams. It presents theoretical foundations and discusses models which in further research will be used to analyze group dynamics. The modelling assumes that it is possible to describe human behavior in man – man and man – machine interactions by means of control theory tools. Here, man has been considered a reactive object as characterized within behavioral framework and what follows are descriptions of basic types of dynamical blocks which can be used to form objects: people, working environment. The analysis was performed in the research lab SYDYN.
