Abstract

ABSTRACT Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (DMG) is a state of glucose intolerance in pregnant women who have never previously been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus resulting in an increase in blood sugar levels during pregnancy. The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is 1.9%-3.6% in general pregnancies and in pregnant women with a family history of diabetes mellitus, the prevalence of gestational diabetes is 5.1%. A pregnant woman who has high blood sugar levels is especially at risk. Namely, consuming noni juice is one way to lower blood sugar levels. Research objectives to Know The Effect Of Noni Juice On Reducing Blood Sugar Levels In Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes.Research method quasi-experimental with pre-test post-test control group design. The sample of this study were 26 pregnant women with 13 experimental groups and 13 control groups. Research results the results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test post-test in the experimental and control groups of 0.000 (<0.05) so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the results were significant. Conclusions and suggestions noni extract has an effect on reducing blood glucose levels in pregnant women with gestational diabetes in the Gunungsari Health Center area. His advice is for pregnant women to routinely check their blood sugar levels and for health authorities to provide education and treatment related to blood sugar levels, especially consuming noni regularly. Keywords : Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (DMG), Pregnant Women, Noni Juice  ABSTRAK Diabetes Melitus Gestasional (DMG) merupakan suatu keadaan intoleransi glukosa pada ibu hamil yang sebelumnya belum pernah didiagnosis menderita diabetes melitus sehingga terjadi peningkatan kadar gula darah selama kehamilan. Prevalensi diabetes melitus gestasional di Indonesia sebesar 1,9%-3,6% pada kehamilan umumnya dan pada ibu hamil dengan riwayat keluarga diabetes melitus, prevalensi diabetes gestasional sebesar 5,1% Seorang ibu hamil yang mengalami kadar gula darah tinggi sangat beresiko maka dari itu dengan mengkonsumsi sari buah mengkudu menjadi salah satu cara untuk menurunkan kadar gula darah.  Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya Pengaruh Sari Buah Mengkudu Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah Pada Ibu Hamil Penderita Diabetes Gestasional. Metode penelitian eksperimental kuasi dengan desain pretest-post-control dua kelompok. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 26  ibu hamil, 13  kelompok eksperimen dan 13  kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebesar 0,000 (dan lt; 0,05) antara pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hasilnya signifikan. Kesimpulan dan saran sari buah mengkudu berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada ibu hamil penderita diabetes gestasional di wilayah Puskesmas Gunungsari. Saran nya untuk ibu hamil rutin cek kadar gula darah dan untuk pihak kesehatan dapat memberikan edukasi dan penangan terkait kadar gula darah khususnya konsumsi rutin sari buah mengkudu. Kata Kunci : Diabetes Melitus Gestasional (DMG), Ibu Hamil, Sari Buah Mengkudu
