Abstract

Pattern recognition uses information on the frequency of specific habitat characteristics in areas of a particular habitat suitability class. The result is a simple probability that the sample being evaluated belongs to the designated suitability class. A model has been developed on environmental features necessary for bald eagle Haliaeetus leucocephalus breeding occupancy in Arizona. -from Author
