Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, mengetahui pendidikan bela negara dapat dilaksanakan melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan; kedua, merumuskan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat dalam menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan; ketiga, merumuskan unsur kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam unsur kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penanaman kesadaran bela negara pada mahasiswa, pencapaian keutamaan bela negara pada mahasiswa, kegiatan bela negara dalam tatanan ketahanan nasional. Rencana pembelajaran bela negara dalam matakuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan disusun sebagai kontrak perkuliahan yang dijelaskan di awal pertemuan di kelas. Kata kunci: kewarganegaraan, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, membangun bangsa dan negara, kekuatan, peluang, strategi, ancaman, kelemahan Abstract This research aims to first, find out that state defense can be implemented through Citizenship Education; second, to formulate appropriate learning strategies in organizing Citizenship Education; third, to formulate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains in Citizenship Education. Based on data analysis and discussion, the defense state education can be implemented through Citizenship Education in college. Learning of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains is in the form of raising awareness of state defense on students, achievement of the state defense virtue on students, state defense activities in the national resilience pattern. Learning plans of state defense in Citizenship Education course is structured as the lectures contract described at the initial meeting in class.
