Abstract

The experiments to prove genetic material transfer between mammalian cells have been planned and performed. They show the existence of such transfer with subsequent expression of the marker genes in the recipient cells. The transfer takes place in physiological conditions without any outside influence. This gives the possibility to consider such transfer as a normal process, and the exchange of genetic material between mammalian cells as one of the components of the intercellular interactions.
