Abstract

The available market conditions for nuclear industry were investigated. Competition from the related industries was also alarming. Profit levels along with their corresponding impact on the stability of the sector were also discussed. Reactors were planned to be designed with low capital costs to increase power generation. Avoidance of carbon emissions was considered as the most important criterion in this context.
